We Made It -- And Only a Few Adventures
We hope to post a few pictures sometime, but I know many were wanting an update on our trip. Well, I must say, the trip was an adventure... but it had nothing to do with Dylan. He was a saint -- and even a charmer. Our adventures came, with a young gal about dumping Dylan and his car seat over when she rammed her seatback back and refused to understand that a babyseat was blocking her. She could have moved to the empty seat next to her, but wanted to complaign instead. Someday, when or if she has kids, she'll understand. Luckily she only had to live with her seat up from Omaha to Chicago.
The next adventure came when they gave out two tickets for where Dylan was to sit going to London. The flight attendant helped us start to move the guy in that seat only to find out they had double booked Jason and I's seat as well. So the guy didn't get to move (economy plus) but we did. The guy wasn't happy but we were -- we got front row economy plus on our longest flight. YEAH. Everyone in our family was happy.
From there, everything else went smooth and by Monday afternoon we were strolling through the courtyard of the castle in Heidelberg.
Today we arrived in Copenhagen and are enjoying a lovely evening at our hotel. It is cool, but that didn't keep us away from Tivoli. Tomorrow it is off to Sweden and hopefully a post of a picture or two.
